01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or placing any wager on the kb1111 platform at kb1111.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kb1111 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the kb1111 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through kb1111, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, fishing games, sports betting markets (including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and any future products added to the platform.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published exclusively in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and binding text. kb1111 operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market, and all official communications, account notifications, and support interactions are conducted in English.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the kb1111 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated bots may not register accounts.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of kb1111 or any of its affiliated studios or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the kb1111 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

kb1111 applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of underage gambling. Before any withdrawal is processed, and in some cases before a deposit is accepted, kb1111 may request documentary evidence of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

kb1111 uses automated age-estimation tools during the registration process. These tools are supplemented by manual review when automated checks are inconclusive. We reserve the right to suspend an account at any point if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the account holder may be under 18 years of age.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the kb1111 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

When registering an account with kb1111, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS OTP codes
• Your date of birth (used for age verification)
• Your preferred payment method (bKash number, Nagad number, Rocket number, or bank account details)

You must notify kb1111 promptly if any of your registered details change. kb1111 may periodically request updated documentation to ensure that the information held on your account remains accurate and current.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kb1111 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kb1111 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC & Identity Verification

kb1111 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) programme. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point at our reasonable discretion, we may request that you submit identity verification documents. These documents are processed securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The KYC process is a legal and operational requirement and is not optional. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a formal verification request may be suspended.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

kb1111 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash or Nagad; ৳300 via Rocket; ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your kb1111 account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) banking hours.
• kb1111 does not charge any fees on incoming deposits. Fees charged by your payment provider (if any) are not the responsibility of kb1111.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 across all supported payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kb1111 does not transfer winnings to a different payment channel than the one used to fund the account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 24 hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically arrive within 15–30 minutes of processing approval.
• KYC must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved. Accounts with pending KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held in queue until verification is finalised.
• kb1111 does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider fees, if applicable, are deducted at source and are outside our control.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 5 — Bonuses & Promotions) before they may be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kb1111 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonus offers are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and who have a fully registered and verified kb1111 account.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slot games, and sports betting markets may have different contribution rates. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• kb1111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will remain valid subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

kb1111 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements, coordinated abuse by groups of players, and the exploitation of technical errors or miscalculated odds. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

kb1111 offers games from a curated selection of world-leading game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective studio. In the event of a conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence for game-specific matters; these Terms take precedence for all account, payment, and platform matters.

Random Number Generators

All slot games, fishing games, and virtual table games on the kb1111 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology embedded within the game software provided by our studio partners. RNG outcomes are statistically independent — the result of each spin, hand, or round is not influenced by any previous result, by the size of your wager, or by any other external factor.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games (including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, and Live Teen Patti) are operated by professional human dealers in real-time studio environments provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to digital manipulation. kb1111 does not operate the live studio environments directly; the studios are operated by our game provider partners under their own regulatory frameworks.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round or slot spin, the round will be completed according to the game's built-in disconnection handling protocol. If the game result is successfully recorded on the game server, the result stands regardless of whether the player's connection was maintained for the full duration of the round. If no result was recorded, any wager placed will be refunded to your kb1111 account balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kb1111 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account that circumvents a previous ban or suspension
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's payment account, identity documents, or login credentials
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, tamper with, or exploit any game software, platform code, or payment processing system
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to make wagering decisions or place bets on your behalf without human intervention
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion in live casino games
• Engaging in money laundering or using the kb1111 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers in a manner not consistent with their intended purpose (see Section 5 — Bonuses & Promotions)
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing kb1111 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited

08 Account Suspension & Closure

kb1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming programme
• A player reaching or exceeding a self-imposed deposit limit or loss limit that triggers a mandatory cooling-off period
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their kb1111 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kb1111 will process any pending withdrawal of the verified account balance within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC and provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts closed on a voluntary basis may be reopened upon request, subject to identity verification.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by kb1111 — the player's access to the platform will be revoked. Any bonus balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to fraud and compliance checks.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the kb1111 platform as part of a responsible gaming decision may request self-exclusion for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.
